🔄 Cancellation Policy

  • Advisory & Consultation Services:
    Once a consultation has been scheduled and payment is received, cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. In such cases, the session can be rescheduled or a refund may be issued upon request.
  • Project-Based Services (e.g., Accounting, Subsidy, Finance Support):
    For engagements involving project finance, subsidy consulting, taxation, or accounting, cancellation is permitted only before documentation or execution has begun. Once work is initiated or documents have been submitted on your behalf, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained.
  • Digital Reports or Submissions (e.g., Return Filing, CMA Reports):
    These are non-refundable once the process has been initiated or data has been filed/uploaded to any regulatory platform.

💳 Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only if:
    • The service was not initiated and cancellation was requested in writing within the applicable window.
    • There is a genuine error or duplicate payment, which can be verified from our records.
  • All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval, via the original method of payment.
  • In case of partial project execution, no partial refund will be entertained unless explicitly agreed upon at the time of engagement.
